1. Information collected

Depending on how you use the website, information may include:

• Identity and contact information: your name and email address.
• Business information: business or brand name, website, social profiles, audience, offers, goals, challenges, project context, and materials you choose to share.
• Diagnostic and inquiry information: answers submitted through the Brand Presence Diagnostic, service applications, contact forms, and paid-session preparation forms.
• Scheduling information: selected appointment time, time zone, Google Calendar event identifiers, and Google Meet links when a session is scheduled.
• Payment records: payment status, amount, currency, and transaction or checkout identifiers supplied by Stripe. Andrea Naranjo does not receive or store your full card number.
• Security and technical information: limited request information used for fraud prevention, form security, website delivery, troubleshooting, analytics, and performance measurement.

2. How the information is used

• Respond to inquiries and determine project fit.
• Provide requested diagnostics, consultations, strategy work, and project deliverables.
• Prepare for Brand Clarity Sessions and manage scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellations.
• Send transactional messages such as confirmations, preparation links, scheduling details, and project-related updates.
• Maintain business records, protect the website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical problems.

3. Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the website and deliver the requested service. These currently include Stripe for payments, Supabase for application data and authentication, Resend for transactional email, Google Calendar and Google Meet for scheduling, Google Analytics for aggregate website usage and performance measurement, Cloudinary for website media, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, and Vercel for website hosting and delivery.

These providers receive only the information needed for their role. Andrea Naranjo does not sell personal information or provide it to third-party advertising networks.

4. Website analytics and performance

The website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and technical performance. This may include page views, referral sources, device and browser information, and performance measurements such as loading speed, responsiveness, and layout stability. These measurements are used to improve the website experience and diagnose technical issues.

5. Google Calendar and Google user data

When Andrea connects her Google Account to the website’s scheduling system, the application accesses only the Google data needed to operate appointment scheduling. This includes basic Google Account profile information used to identify the connected account, the list of calendars Andrea owns, calendar availability, and events on calendars Andrea owns.

This access is used only to identify available appointment times and to create, reschedule, or cancel Brand Clarity Session calendar events and associated Google Meet links. The website stores the connected Google Account email, calendar identifiers, time zone, and a secure OAuth authorization credential needed to maintain the connection. Client appointment details, including the attendee name and email address, may be sent to Google Calendar when an appointment is created or updated.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The website’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, business records, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry or service, subject to records Andrea may need to retain for legitimate business, legal, payment, or security reasons. Contact andrea@andreanaranjo.com.

1. Professional services

Consultations, diagnostics, strategy work, copy, visual direction, and website services are professional services based on the information available at the time of the engagement. Andrea Naranjo does not guarantee a specific level of revenue, sales, client bookings, search ranking, or other commercial outcome.

2. Scope and larger projects

The Brand Clarity Session covers one focused 60-minute strategy session and the deliverables described on its service page. Brand Presence Sprint and Brand + Website Launch inquiries are reviewed before payment. For those larger projects, the accepted scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment structure will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Payments

Brand Clarity Session payments are processed securely through Stripe. Andrea Naranjo does not store full payment-card details. Larger projects are paid according to the payment structure agreed in writing after scope and fit are confirmed.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds

Paid Brand Clarity Sessions are scheduled through the private booking link provided after payment and completion of the preparation form. A client may reschedule the same appointment through that link until 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 24 hours, the client should contact Andrea directly at andrea@andreanaranjo.com.

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed individually based on timing, payment status, and any preparation or professional work already completed. Cancelling a calendar appointment does not automatically issue a Stripe refund.

5. Client cooperation

Clients agree to provide accurate project information and reasonably timely access to the content, materials, approvals, and feedback needed for the agreed work. Delays in client responses may require schedule or delivery-date adjustments.

6. Intellectual property and handoff

Andrea Naranjo retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, website systems, portfolio materials, and general know-how. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom client copy and visual deliverables created specifically for a paid project are transferred for the client’s operational use after the applicable project payment has been completed.

7. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are subject to applicable law. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve it directly before pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.
